THE ARCHBISHOP ‘S VISIT
Greetings!
Parishioners, we are happy to remind you that the Archbishop’s visit to our Deanery is this week.
Next Friday, 30th of August, it will be the turn our Parish: Holy Family Catholic Church to receive the Chief Shepherd of our Archdiocese, His Grace, Most Rev. Dr. Alfred Adewale Martins, the Catholic Archbishop of Metropolitan See of Lagos.
All Parishioners are to line both sides of 22 Road by 10 am, dressed in our Parish uniform, waving flags adorned with the Archbishop’s emblem.
After the reception, His Grace the Archbishop will proceed to the Court Yard to address our Parishioners. The Archbishop will thereafter visit the Parish Bookshop, Library, Hospital and the site for our Church building.
The evening session will be attended only by nominated representatives of the Parish.
It will kick off by 4:30pm at the HFCC Event Centre.
At the Centre, the Archbishop will hold an interactive session with representatives of the Holy Family Catholic Church and the Church of Annunciation.
Parishioners are expected to attend a benediction by the Archbishop by 6.00pm.
