CHRIST THE KING:
Today Sunday November 24th, 2019 is the Solemnity of Christ the King, the last Sunday of the Liturgical year. We shall have our Eucharistic procession after the 10:00am mass. All societies and organizations should check the notice boards for the order of procession. Let us all prepare to profess Christ as our King in our orderly and prayerful procession. There shall be no adoration or evening mass.
TUESDAY:
There will be no midday mass on Tuesday November 26th, 2019 due to a meeting of all Priests. Mass shall be at 6.30am and 6.30pm only. Thanks for your understanding.

PARISH CHRISTMAS CAROLS/SENDFORTH CEREMONY:
Our Parish Christmas Carols tagged “The Heritage Carols” is slated for Sunday, 8th December, 2019. It is going to be a blend of the Nigerian Traditional Christmas carols and songs, dances and drama that will be entertaining and exciting. It shall also serve as the Send Forth Celebration for Rev. Fr. Leon Houessou and Sr. Christiana Wilfred EHJ, our former Associate Priest and Pastoral Sister.
We shall also welcome our New Associate Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Mark Okojie and Sr. Marie Assumpta Okeke, EHJ.

PARISH ADVENT RETREAT:
We shall have our Parish Advent Retreat from Sunday December 8th to Friday 13th 2019. Time is 5.30pm daily. There shall be exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Counselling, Confessions and daily mass. Come and be blessed.
PARISH CHOIRS:

UNUSUAL PRAISE 2019:
The 2019 edition of the Unusual Praise comes up on Friday 29th November, 2019 at the Periwinkle Estate, Freedom way, after Catholic Church of the Divine Mercy Lekki phase 1 Lagos starting at 5pm. This year’s theme is “Declare the glory of the Lord among the Nations”. 1st Chronicles 16:24. The Unusual Praise branded T-shirts are available outside after the mass for N3,000 each. There will be free buses to and from Festac. Only those who register at the stand outside will be allowed to go with the buses. Buses will leave at 3pm.

HOLY FAMILY LAITY EXPRESS BUS SERVICES:
The Holy Family Laity Express Services unit wishes to inform our wonderful parishioners that our bus services have resumed operations and are now available for rentals, hiring and school run services. We are thus seeking to hire experienced Drivers and Bus Minders who MUST be residing within Festac Town and Amuwo Odofin environs; must be practicing Catholics, and registered/active members of any of the approved Lay society/Organization. Interested persons should forward their CV’s and hand written application to the Laity office on or before Thursday October 31st, 2019. Parents of Nazareth School pupils who wish to register their children and wards with our services should come to the Laity office from Monday 28/10/2019 to obtain the forms. RETURN TO THE SACRAMENTS:
