1. CHILDREN/YOUTH HARVEST: Today, 4^th September, 2022 is our 2022 Children/Youth Harvest of Peace. Masses shall be at 6:30am & 10:00am (Parish) and 7:00am (Event Center). Reception and Bazaar Sales comes up immediately after the 10am mass at the Parish Event Center. There shall be lots of games and attractions for our children and all parishioners. Let us ensue we attend and participate actively.

2. Today, the first Sunday of the month is Tithe Sunday. You can make your transfers to our Fidelity Bank 5080032193 in favour of Holy Family Catholic Church, Festac.
3. Thursday, 8^th September 2022 is the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we are all encouraged to attend mass and observe the feast devoutly.
4. Augustine University, Ilara-Epe, has opened its portals for Admission into the 2022/2023 academic session. Augustine University is a Catholic university of the Archdiocese of Lagos founded to provide holistic Catholic education to young people, equipping them with the tools to mature in knowledge and faith. 5. The Legion of Mary and Marian Societies invites all parishioners to our Blessed Virgin Mary’s Birthday Celebration with the theme; “Mary: Sanctuary of the Holy Spirit”. Our parish one-week retreat will run from tomorrow 5^th September to Friday, 9^th September 2022 (during the Evening Mass) and end on Saturday, 10^th September 2022 with a Rosary Procession after the 6:30am mass. There are sales of ankara cloth by the Bulletin Stand. Price: ₦3,000.
6. PARISH YOUTH WEEK: This is to inform parishioners of the parish youth week scheduled to hold from 19^th to 25^th September 2022. Theme: Millenial Youth, Proclaiming the Truth. Activities includes Relationship Talk, Political Drives, Praise Night, Variety Night and Movie, Excursion and lots more. we enjoin all youth in the parish to actively participate in the parish youth week. It is for all Parishioners … All who are young in heart.In preparation for this event, there will be car wash exercise by our parish youths outside the Church Premises at the close of each mass. Kindly encourage and support the youths after the exercise.

7. FIRST MONDAY ANOINTING: Tomorrow, 5^th September 2022, is the first Monday of the month. There shall be special blessing and anointing at all masses. Let us all endeavour to participate in this spiritual exercise.
8. shall be celebrating the Silver Jubiliee of her Religious Profession on Sunday, 11^th September 2022 at the 10:00am mass. Let us pray for her and rejoice with her on this special occasion.
9. SCC meetings will take place at the various community centers on Wednesday, 7^th September 2022 at 6pm. Scriptural reading: Luke 15:1-32. Please note that there will be no evening Mass or Society meetings during the SCC time. Kindly check the Parish notice board for the various centers. There shall be mass this Wednesday at St. Joseph SCC. Venue: 321 Road, D Close, House 24, Festac Town. All those living around should be in attendance.
10. SEMINARIAN: Our seminarian, Unogu Linford has completed his 6 months pastoral work here with us and will be leaving us after the Children/Youth Harvest. Let us all remember him in our prayers.
11. ORGANIZATIONS MEETING: Next week Sunday, 11^th September 2022, is the Monthly General Meetings of the CWO and CMO (after the 10.00am Mass), and CYON (after the 8:00am Mass). Let us all ensure we attend our respective organizations.

13. (1%) ONE PERCENT BIBLE CHALLENGE: We wish to encourage all Parishioners to read and study the word of God for at least 15minutes every day; which is about 1% of 24 hours. For this week, we shall be continuing with the Book of Revelation. Take up this challenge faithfully as stated below and be enriched spiritually.
